Philosophy
Reflecting on my rewarding tenure as both a marketing consultant and etiquette professional for over 30 years, I'm immensely grateful for the opportunity to innovate and create. As I embark on the next phase of my journey, I'm excited to share some etiquette teaching tools with others. The article shown is from 20 years ago (yikes!); I don't know if I'm still the marketing "master" but I most definitely remain passionate about marketing for small business as well as personal presentation and art of the rules of etiquette. After being seated at a table, lessons will include:
- Speaking to wait staff and ordering
- Knowing your place setting
- Amuse-bouche
- Silent service
- Dining continental and American styles
- Uses of the napkin / Passing food
- Eating roll and butter properly
