Fine Dining Program - At Restaurant

This 3-course dining program is a two-hour class at a restaurant location and includes:  

  • Meeting, greeting, introductions. 
  • Shaking hands for introduction 
  • Approaching the table & seating 


 After being seated at a table, lessons will include: 

  • Speaking to wait staff and ordering 
  • Knowing your place setting 
  • Dining continental and American styles 
  • Using your napkin *setting the table 
  • Passing food 
  • Eating roll and butter 
  • Appropriate conversation 
  • Corporate dining tips 
  • Conversation. 


 Special requests for special events like weddings and toasting etiquette are easily accommodated.
